Our Big Fat American Blog (Part 2)

Our Big Fat American Blog(part 2)

…nuts for nuts?

how do?…oh ye, the fairest of classmates?…today is feisty friday…and like so we be in a feisty mood to get work done and get our drink on…but first we shall be blogging our very intimate and infinitely random videos and pics of our time in the US…where your trusted twosome, Class of 1984, took their raucous music to be recorded…and a great time indeed we did have…first in New Jersey…wheree we spent a good part of our time rattling our music towards microphones in the Big Blue Meanie recording studio…then onto a snowy New York…where we cozied up beside a fire in a fine ale house in Greenwich Village…and slipped Hennessey into our gullivers until relative blindness…mmmm…..now so….

elmo says hi from NY…

….we managed to climb the Empire State…very cold…not allowed to smoke there either for some reason….one day world..you will be mine…christ it was cold…i went down for a quick drag

heres james with his infamous “arse to the world pose”

on returning to NJ we encountered a snow storm…snow…magnificently cold fucking snow

a warm drink back at the studio…the main maestro himself, “Tim Rumblefish Gilles” offered us fine tipples…including some rocket fuel titled Bookers Scotch…which…when taken in the right quantities…produces all the effects of aneurysm…tasty

here be meself and James…tinkering with new song “Big Time”…a fine rollicking new tune about a chap who experiences near pathological abandon having finally achieved success…we were recording this part in the control room…one of the many rooms in the labyrinthine depths of Big Blue Meanie recording studio…other rooms included the bat cave and the clients lounge where i successfully rolled 10 cigarettes in a minute due to stress brought on by watching FOX news

oft felt like a trained monkey being observed by scientists through 2 inch thick glass…”play monkey…for gods sakes let the people see you play”

heres a wee walk about the studio…nice drums and a shabby attempt by me bad self to play the theme tune from Seinfield on the bass…

heres a couple from New Jersey…reminds me of Twin Peaks for some reason

right theres still another part to this blog i think….but i shall have to go looking….so yes…Class of 1984 bids thee good adieu till next week..we are off to fill the void that addiction leaves when it tears a hole in your soul….enjoy the weekend fair people and do not, under any circumstances, eat yellow snow….good byeee good people
